OVERVIEW

PRENAV.XYZ is a web-based software platform that enables the automated visual inspection of civil and industrial structures. PRENAV.XYZ combines photogrammetry with AI to create detailed 3D Digital Twins of large structures that are then analyzed with deep learning to find cracks, corrosion, and other common defects.

3D DIGITAL TWINS

After you’ve captured your structure with a drone (or any other camera or lidar system), the dataset can be uploaded to PRENAV.XYZ. PRENAV.XYZ then creates a detailed 3D point cloud of your structure using photogrammetry and other image processing and visualization techniques. Using your keyboard and/or mouse, you can then navigate to anywhere on the structure, tumble around, zoom in and out – all from within your web browser. There’s no bloated software to install and no expensive high-performance desktop computer needed. You can also export the point cloud into popular 3D file formats for importation into external CAD software.

 

AI-ENABLED DEFECT DETECTION

PRENAV.XYZ’s machine learning models automatically detect damage as an aid to the visual inspection workflow. Defects are highlighted right on the 3D point cloud and in the high-resolution images. Damage can then be marked and measured, and included in the inspection report. Today, defect detection models are available for cracking in concrete, spalling, exposed rebar, cracks in steel, and rust. Other models are in development, and new models can be trained and deployed for specific customer requirements.
